Giovanni Esposito - co-founder
Giovanni began his journey at the age of 19, enrolling in an academy to develop his skills. After graduating, he moved to Rome to join the team at Jean Louis David. His passion for hairstyling then took him to London, where he worked in prestigious salons such as HOB and refined his craft using Vidal Sassoon techniques.
Specializing in cutting, he dedicated six years to perfecting his skills in London before embarking on a new adventure in Sydney. There, he spent two years balancing hairdressing with teaching while also participating in numerous fashion shows.
In 2021, Giovanni returned to Italy and, alongside Sarah, founded Ch3ange in Milan. A true creative at heart, he is constantly exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of his craft.
sarah harrison - co-founder
Sarah, born to a hairdresser mother, inherited her family’s passion for the craft. She studied and worked in New Zealand until the age of 20, when she decided to move to London. In London, she worked at several prestigious salons, including Rush, specializing in color. During her eight years in the city, Sarah constantly refined her skills by attending advanced courses at the L'Oréal Academy. A true artist in the realm of color, Sarah is always ready to transform her clients’ looks with cutting-edge techniques. In 2021, she relocated to Italy with Giovanni, and together they founded CH3ANGE.
Alessia Martino - senior stylist
After earning her hairdressing diploma in Milan, Alessia spent six years in London, where she attended the L'Oréal Academy and Redken Academy, specializing in coloring. She has also showcased her talent and creativity at numerous fashion shows, including Milan Fashion Week. With her international experience and advanced training, Alessia excels at understanding each client’s unique vision and bringing it to life.
